Personal Training

I believe in a healthy lifesyle, so as a trainer I want to help you be able to live a healthy and happier life.

 

My training sessions include a little bit of everything such as: strength, flexibility, core work, agility, and of course, weight loss.

 

Because I am an athlete and have gone through nursing school, I understand how what you put into your body is important. I'm not a nutritionist, but I can help you with your meal planning as well as help you understand a little bit more about the importance of a balanced diet and what it does for you in dealing with your health.

 

I train clients in their homes, in parks, and on the beach, or whereever we can find a spot that fits both of our needs.

My prices are determined by location (how far away you are from me),how long the session is (1-1 1/2 hrs), and how many people are participating in the session (1-4).

They start at $50/hour.

Inside a gym or in the sun on the beach, I can help you with any volleyball skill. I can also add some conditioning and agility...

I do private, semi private, and small group (3-4) volleyball lessons and train all ages (kids-adults).
